Prevention is always better than cure. We must start with calcium supplements after the 30s. Because hassle in life and housework also exert pressure on our bones and make them thin. Which eventually leads to osteoporosis. So start taking your supplement daily. It will prevent you from major injury and fracture.
Improve your Estrogen:
A low level of estrogen can not only lead you to early menopause but also halt your sexual desire and infertility. The level can be maintained naturally if we add a handful of dry fruits every week.
