Do hormones really matter?
Hormones are natural substances produced in the body. They help to relay messages between cells and organs and affect many bodily functions. Everyone has what are considered “male” and “female” sex hormones.
We female least care about hormones and how they are interlinked with our body. They are much similar to the blood vessels channels. Their function is to pick up all the end products from the cells of the body and deliver these metabolites into the circulation and from the circulation how does it get out of the system?
It occurs through three things through three ways :
Excretory organs in the body that is the skin so if you sweat more. Your health gets improved and how do you sweat, yes through exercise.
