Self-care is Key to Robust Living.

Day no matter where you live

Speaking of Mother's an idea that always sparks me it also got me thinking about what does it mean to be a good mother.          Thinking back, I remember how my mother worked hard, we were four in all. She was burdened with the responsibilities of upbringing three daughters and one son. Along with doing a job in a school, giving tuition in the evening, and house chores without any external help. I saw her doing extreme things like rushing back from school preparing lunch and going to see her sick mother too. What she was focused more on was our studies and she took a loan to get us an education from the best institute.

Her lack of care about herself led her to very devastating consequences. The deficiency of calcium led her to arthritis. It was the just beginning of malaise. Then she was found with hepatitis and cancer too. It seems quite fictional but when trouble starts it never ends for her. Still, she is living with heterogeneous diseases. I long for her long life.

The purpose of writing to stir consciousness among woman who neglects themselves by being engrossed in children even they neglect their unusual health symptoms. They least bother sporadic aches. We females least care about hormones and how they are interlinked with our bodies.  To stay fit and active, we must focus on exercise and water intake.

The women are like flowers their body is carefully pattern by God. So we have to take care of these petals before withering.
